Please note that the ITCA Board has, as part of its new strategy, developed many new ideas and some of these are listed below.

The lunch area this year will be a point of interest throughout the show, being open all day serving coffee etc. Lunch will be more business -like with a lighter, smaller offering, freely available to all with a takeaway service for exhibitors.

The price of the stand will now include the 2011 Membership fee which will now not be separately invoiced next year. The fee for 2011 has been increased to £ 400 per annum

The Show opening hours are:

  • Tuesday 15th February 10.00 - 6.00
  • Wednesday 16th February 9.00 - 6.00
  • Thursday 17th February 9.00 - 5.00

There is no Conference and no Boarding Party this year.

Operators will continue to have free admission. Exhibitors (dependent upon the size of stand) will receive a number of free passes not only for stand staff but also for special invitees.

There will be two cocktail parties, available to all, in the Exhibition Hall on Tuesday and Wednesday at 5.00 - 6.30 pm

Mercury Award winners will be announced on a special stand within the Exhibition Hall at 2.00 on Thursday.

Visitor registration will open at the end of September.

Hotels have been selected and two of the chosen hotels are within one minute's walk of the hall. Other ITCA Hotels will have buses taking you to and from the Hall. Click here for more information.
