An invitation to exhibit at ITCA 2010
The 2010 ITCA European Conference and Trade Show will be held in Cologne, Germany from 9th - 11th March 2010. Once again being held on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Mercury Awards ceremony will again take place during an awards dinner which will take place on Wednesday 10th March. Numbers are limited.

A brand new exhibition hall is being used this year at the Koln Messe - North Entrance. The hall has full services and is situated next to the conference hall.

Availability is on a first-come-first-served basis. You can view the latest vacant units on a floorplan of the exhibition hall which is updated regularly, although this will always be slightly out of date because we are constantly taking reservations.

STAND REGULATIONS
TRADESHOW GUIDELINES - Notes on stand design:
No stands will be allowed to have a wall or section over 2.5 Metres high on the border of the stand or within 2 metres of the edge of the stand. Any high wall that may be wanted can only be placed against the outside perimeter wall of the exhibition hall layout.
Detailed plans for all space only stands must be submitted by 4th December 2009 and approved by ITCA's contractors. Any stands not conforming will be altered on site and any costs for so doing will be charged to the defaulting exhibitor.
Stand building – the exhibition hall allows work to take place on stand building only between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm. No access will be allowed outside of these times. Please advise your stand builders and plan accordingly.
All stand builders/contractors must be informed that they must remove all waste created during both the construction and dismantling of the stand. Any waste found to be left behind by a contractor will be disposed of by ITCA’s contractors, on behalf of the offending exhibitor, who will be charged for its disposal.
CONSTRUCTION
Modular shell scheme 2.5 metres high in white lacquered aluminium construction.
Walls: 2.5m high in 1.0m and 0.5m wide modules in white finish.
Fascia: 25cm white fascia to each open side company name and stand number.
For space only stand a maximum height of 2.5 metres is allowed.

COMBINATION
Any number of adjoining units may be combined.
ITCA will contract with one company only for stand space. This means that one company name only will be listed on the stand (if relevant) and in all literature. However, if you have taken space equating to 18 sq.m. or over, two or more companies may be listed at a cost of £300 per additional company.
PAYMENT
Trade stands are not deemed to have been reserved until full payment has been received together with a correctly completed reservation form.
Upon receipt of your payment Association Services will issue a receipted invoice. German VAT is being charged on all invoices and in some instances it is possible to claim back the VAT from the German VAT authorities. Information will be sent with your receipted invoice to assist you.
Full payment in Pounds Sterling free of ANY bank charges must be received within one month of booking or show opening date, whichever is the sooner.
In order to be absolutely fair to all parties, this condition will be strictly enforced. If in any doubt as to how to pay in full please consult your bank.

WATER
There are a few stands that are not able to have water and waste connected. Portable units are available, please check to avoid disappointment.
CLEANING
Contact CDU.
OCCUPATION
Access during build-up for exhibitors and contractors will only be allowed with the appropriate security passes. These passes will be issued prior to the event by the stand contractor.

Note: The exhibition is opening later on Wednesday to allow exhibitors to attend the Conference session. This has been changed following many requests from exhibitors over the past few years.
HALL CLOSURE On all except the final day the exhibition Hall will close at 18.30. Everyone must vacate the exhibition Hall by 18.30. No after hours parties on the stands will be allowed.

PLEASE NOTE
The exhibitors may distribute samples, leaflets or any materials only from their contracted stand space. Noise must be restricted to acceptable levels so that other exhibitors are not inconvenienced. No animals or double storey stands are permissable.
HAWKERS
ITCA discourages people visiting the trade stands with the intention of selling to the exhibitors.
