Interactive Taste Challenge
ITCA's Conference in Barcelona is following up on the new concept recently introduced which will be open to all conference delegates .
The session scrutinises a product, led by experts in their field and as delegates you will be able to taste and be quizzed on your own opinions following an informative and detailed presentation.
“Wine in different Wine glasses
You don't need to be a wine writer, a winemaker or an expert to take part in our wine taste challenge, to be organized in Barcelona in conjunction with glass manufacturer Riedel. Robert M. Parker Jr, is one big fan of Riedel's glasses: “the effect of these glasses on fine wine is profound. I cannot emphasize enough what a difference they make,” says Big Bob.
This is your chance to see if you agree with the great imbiber. Riedel has spent more than fifty years finding out about how the shape of a glass has such a big effect on what wine you put into it.
Today, no manufacturer knows more about how the shape of a glass relates to different styles and varieties of wine. The end result, says the company, is a range of glasses “that turns a sip into a celebration - a wine's best friend - fine-tuned to match the grape. We invite you to share this fascinating and unique experience at the ITCA Taste challenge in Barcelona.
