ITCA Asia Pacific Bangkok 2007
ITCA made a successful return to Bangkok and thanks to the tremendous support of Conference Sponsor Thai Catering both delegates and exhibitors found the event to be very worthwhile.
The conference was opened by Thai Airways President Flying Officer Apinan Sumanaseni and a special welcome was given by Pismai Chandrubeksa, MD of Thai Catering.
Peter Harbison Executive Chairman of the centre for Asia Pacific Aviation gave the keynote address and shared some amazing facts about the region and future trends.
Mark Wall of Gate Gourmet and Rob Pascoe of Visy Closed Loop shared with the delegates their own view of the Travel Catering industry.
The APTC Exhibition was open all the time and not only did over 200 delegates see their displays but over 1,700 trade visitors also walked the exhibition leading to many exhibitors already confirming space at the 2008 Singapore exhibition.
The banquet sponsored by DeSter 
for over 130 guests was the culinary highlight of the event although all delegates and exhibitors were lucky to be able to sample the food produced by the region’s top chefs in the culinary competition at the lunches sponsored this year by Qantas.
The event got off to an exhilarating start at the Ocean World aquarium and the excellent fair was sponsored by Bangkok Air Catering.
